| We are based out of Lake Stevens and Port Orchard and offer free delivery within a 5 mile radius. We do service surrounding areas but a delivery fee will apply. For more information on delivery charges please see our rates page. |

| We can setup a bounce house at a park, however it is your responsibility to check with the park before reserving the bounce house. Some parks may require a permit, or charge a fee. |
| You will need a flat area that is clear of debris, tree roots and pet waste. If you have a sprinkler system please let us know in advance. We can set-up on grass or pavement but we need to know before delivery time so we can bring appropriate equipment. There must be a clear overhead of at least 18 feet as well. | Age is a general guideline. Keep in mind children of the same size can bounce together regardless of age. Different size/age children should not jump at the same time for safety reasons. See our information pages (Slide Combo, Bounce House, Inflatable Castle) for the type of bounce house you want to rent for more information. |
| For safety reasons as well as insurance and licensing restrictions, all Bounce House WA bounce houses and slides must be setup and taken down by a Bounce House WA representative. |

| For safety reasons, we don't allow bouncing in a wet bounce house or during high winds. Safety is our main concern, followed by your satisfaction. Bouncers and bad weather don't mix. It is the customers responsibility to watch the weather. You may be contacted by a Bounce House WA representative prior to your rental to discuss cancellation or rescheduling options. Feel free to contact us as soon as you become concerned. Once the inflatable has left our location for delivery you will be charged the full agreed upon price. |
| What type of payment do you accept? |
| We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, as well as all cards approved through Paypal. We do require that if you are paying with any method other than cash you do so at least 2 weeks before your rental. Please note there is a $35 NSF fee for all returned checks. All credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. |
| What about electricity? |
| You must have power within 75 feet. If you do not have a wall outlet within that distance a generator will be needed- call Bounce House WA for availability and prices. |
